Paul E. Wagner
Paul graduated from Greenville Senior High in 1979. He is a 1985 graduate of Edison State Community College and a graduate of Miami University, Ohio in 1992 where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Statistics.

Paul completed law school at the University of Toledo in December 1996 and was admitted to practice law in May 1997.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Darke County Bar Association, where he served as president. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Darke County Law Library, the Board of Trustees for the Darke County Visitation House, Inc., and the Elks.
Paul is also a public defender for Darke County and is a member of the Indigent Legal Assistance Fund (ILAF) of West Central Ohio.
Paul has a general practice with a concentration in bankruptcy, debt collection, criminal defense, and real estate.
He is married to the former Barbara Gail Allen of North Bend, Ohio. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and motorsports.
